We understand your time is precious and we will do everything we can to complete your paperwork in a timely manner. Please understand however, with the number of patients we have and the high volume of phone calls for medication refills, medical records and paperwork we receive each day, sometimes it can take a little longer than expected. Please allow the allotted time for the following:
- Medication Refills for Offutt AFB or any other Written Prescriptions for mail order pharmacies or narcotics: 48-72 hours
- Paperwork such as Handicap Sticker Requests or FMLA: Up to 2 weeks
- Medical Records Requests: Up to 30 days as per HIPAA Guidelines
